I don't have the answers... I just have a God and I know He is good to me and He has the Daily Bread I need.
I started this blog several years ago out of the desire to share with the world the wonderful things I was discovering in my efforts to regain some sanity and stability in my life. I think I could possibly say I am more stable now and I'm more okay with my lack of sanity (wink, wink, nod, nod to all you mothers out there - sanity can be elusive with 4 small children at home and too many small businesses to count). And I've also come to the conclusion that I just don't have life figured out for everybody else in the world. I know how to get my portion of manna for the day - I just get up and it shows up. Kind of like those children of Israel in the wilderness. There wasn't a whole lot they had to do other than have the faith to go out and gather the sustenance that had fallen from Heaven. I used to think it was all about me and what I did. Like the song "I loved to chose and see my path; but now, Lead thou me on!" (Lead Kindly Light, John Henry Newman, 1801-1890) More and more I am learning to Let go, and Let God.
Too bad... I really loved my Pride. I hate to see it go - so deflated. Nevertheless, Pride is a poor diet. I'd rather have the nourishment of Daily Bread. (check out this cool vid)
I know my Heavely Father loves me. I know that every day he provides for me exactly what I need. I don't have words to express the blessing that is to me and the gratitude I feel for knowing and having God's grace to live that truth. Wow. Praise God.
Speaking of Praise: I flipped open to Psalms 40 this week and found in it the balm of Gilead to sooth my aching soul. Even reading through it again I find so many personal messages from Heavenly Father directly to me.
3 And he hath put aa new b song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
That's always been my hope and the desire of my heart - that many shall listen to me and trust in the Lord. but (verse 12) innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my hearta faileth me.
I now know that I don't have the answers for other people. I can't save the world with all the wonderful things I am learing. Those lessons are for me. But there is One who can save the world. In fact He has already done it. And He has Daily Bread for you too. Amazingly there is enough and to spare. There is enough bread and enough truth and enough love for all of us in our Savior, Jesus Christ.

God's Benefit's Package
God has this amazing benefits package that not everyone knows about so I thought I would publicize it a bit. Remember the guy on the cruise ship who sat in his room and ate the crackers and beans he brought with him because he didn't know the feasts in the dining room was included in the price he paid for his passage. Well I wouldn't want that to happen to you.
Psalm 103 says: 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5 Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
6 The Lord executeth righteousness and judgement for all that are oppressed.
Through Christ's atonement, God has already redemeemed you if you have faith in him. Good news. One less thing you have to worry about. God loves us so much. He is ready and willing to heal all your diseases. You can know this for sure becasue everytime he shows up in person he has compassion on people and goes around healing everyone who has need of it, and He has asked his servants to do the same. I bet we will be way more effective at fulfilling that commission if we are immersed in the words of God than if we are busy chasing entertainment.
I have seen so many tender mercies and expressions of Heavenly Father's lovingkindness in my life. I am so grateful for those blessings. This year I resolve to notice those blessings and mercies: the forgiving of my sins, the healing of all my diseases and keeping me healthy to withstand the illnessess, the satisfying of my mouth with good things --mmm mmm. That reminds me - its almost time for the annual Chinese food family tradition. Yum. Praise the Lord!
Happy New Year Everyone! xox

Day 7 in the Green Room
Get Rid Of the Clutter In Your Home and Heart!
![]() Lindsay Kenny |
Lindsay's Step 3 is to write down what you want. Instead of focusing just on being free from clutter, create a mental picture of what life will be like without it and visualize that positive outcome. For example:
"Clean and orderly environment, have things neat and clean, want to be able to find things. ..."
What came to my mind is this:
I want love to be able to flow freely through our home and not get tangled up in random piles of garbage and clutter

Louise Hay Video (A Breakthrough at 86?)
This video with Nick Ortner and Louise Hay really blew me away...
Do you ever think that with all the work you put in to self-improvement that soon you should be completely fixed and be able to move on as an enlightened, angelic being, ministering healing and pure, unadultered love to all around? Well I kept living in that dream world! LOL.
Louise Hay just helped me snap out of that fantasy! At 86 years old and she's still having healing breakthroughs and overcoming issues! Wow. I feel like I'm okay now, even though I've still got stuff to work on. If the Queen of Affirmations still has problems come up, then I can relax when I do too and just use the tools I have in my emergency kit to move through it.

Check out the video, its amazing! Louise is so gracious The link will take you to an opt-in page for the pre-event video for the Tapping World Summit which starts Monday, Feb 4. Join in with me and hundreds of thousands of others. Last year 500,000 people worldwide tapped away together to release their baggage and empower their I participate every year and I can't even tell you all the things I learn and benefit I get every year. Honestly it is tremendous!

Day 2 in the Red Room: Physical Pain and the Emotion of Resentment: A Surprising Connection
I woke up in the wee hours of this morning and for some reason my mind turned to a deep resentment I've been holding for 10+ years. Then I check today's line-up for the Tapping World Summit and Here It Is! - an interview with Gwenn Bonnell and Jessica Ortner on Resentment and its connection to physical pain. How timely is that!?!
Jessica shared a quote: "Resentment is like lighting yourself on fire and hoping the smoke bothers the other person" Thanks Jess and Gwenn.
Here is Gwenn's 3 step process for exposing and releasing the resentment so we can take our power back, stop lighting ourselves on fire, and choose to invest our energy where it will reap beautiful dividends instead of squandering it in reliving the past:
1. Clearly understand the different aspects of your resentment. Create a list with 3 columns:
i) Who I was resentful at. "I am resentful at..."
ii) Why I felt that resentment, what happened, details, etc. "The Cause.." what they said, what they did, what they didn't do.
iii) How it was affecting me. "The Effect..." financial security, ambitions, feel that loss of control, that struggle for control with the other person, Intimate relationships,
2. Use the information in that list to create an EFT setup statement
3. When the intensity starts to come down, start to put in positives "Even though I feel this resentment, I choose to feel this way, or to look at it from a different perspective, etc..."
Check out the interview for yourself:
